America's HealthShare must be pre-notified in advance for the following list of medical procedures to be considered eligible for sharing:
Please note - Some of the following medical procedures may not be eligible for Sharing on your America's HealthShare program. Refer to the Sharing Guidelines for full details on your program.
- Alternative or integrative treatments including but not limited to naturopathic treatments or allogenic stem cell therapies.
- Custom compounded medications
- Home Health Care
- Hospice Care both Inpatient and at home every thirty (30) days, as necessary
- Imaging: MRIs and Nuclear Imaging (i.e. PET scans)
- Inpatient services including hospital admission with room and board, dialysis, labs, imaging, medications, therapies, skilled nursing, and Inpatient medical rehabilitation. The Sharing Member, or the Member’s Provider or representative, must call Solidarity HealthShare at least seven (7) days prior to admission.
- OB/GYN and Fertility services including pregnancy, laparoscopy, prenatal genetic testing, dilation and curettage, and hysteroscopy
- Organ/Tissue Transplant Services
- Prosthetics
- Sterilization Reversals
- Surgeries both inpatient and outpatient, but not including in-office surgeries
