Members can file an appeal if they believe there was an error in the determination of eligibility for sharing regarding a bill or medical decision. Most disagreements can be resolved by submitting an appeal request to support@americashealthshare.org or calling 844-570-1776.
Please include the answers to the following questions in your request:
1) What information does America's HealthShare have that is either incomplete or incorrect?
2) How do you believe America's HealthShare has misinterpreted the information already on hand?
3) What provision in the Sharing Guidelines do you believe America's HealthShare applied incorrectly?
