If you have forgotten or need to reset your password, go to the Member login screen and follow a few simple steps.

Click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page
- Enter the email address of the Primary Member on the Membership
- You will receive an email from "America's HealthShare." Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it right away.
- Follow the instructions laid out in the email.
- Go back to the Member Care Portal to log in using your new password.
